To have water service turned on, PSA needs to collect certain information. You can provide the information by clicking here, emailing or by coming to our office anytime Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. 

Please be aware that our ability to turn on service is based on you satisfying all of the requirements, as they apply to you. If you do not, it will result in a delay in processing your request.
