About the Board

This Board is responsible for reviewing site plan and building permit applications for properties located in the TCO's corridor. Members serve a four-year term.

Appointments

  • Five members appointed by the Board of Supervisors (not appointed by district)
  • One member shall be a licensed architect or building contractor
  • One shall be a citizen who has demonstrated outstanding interest and knowledge in historical or architectural development within the county
  • One shall be member of the Planning Commission
  • One shall be a professional engineer or registered landscape architect
  • Two of whom shall be either owner of or representatives of a business operating within a Tourism Corridor Overlay District
*A waiver of the membership constituency of the Review Board may be provided in the event that the Board of Supervisors cannot fulfill the membership requirements as outlined herein above.
