   at Board’s regular meeting place at 150 South
   Main Street, Lexington, Va. to adopt FY 08-09
   budget; this meeting will then move to
   Rockbridge County High School at 7:00 P. M. to
   hold a joint public hearing with the Planning
   Commission on County-wide rezoning
