7:00: Public hearings:

(1) Ordinance authorizing and approving execution of land lease agreement with R. Coleman Bryant and Betty F. Bryant to lease County owned property acquired in connection with the South River Flood Mitigation project

(2) Ordinance authorizing and approving sale of parcel of land and buildings on southeast side of Main Street, commonly known as The Former First National Bank Building and The North-Facing Lawyers Row Building, having a street address of 135 Courthouse Square, in the City of Lexington

(3) Ordinance authorizing, approving and accepting the exchange of property owned by Rockbridge County on Courthouse Square, commonly known as the Old County Jail Building, having a street address of 7 Court-house Square in the City of Lexington, and a parcel of land for parking purposes adjoining the back of the Old Children’s Clinic Building, together with various other easements and the payment of the additional sum of $400,000.00 for property owned by Traveler Development Company, LLC, commonly known as The old Bowling Alley property, having a street address of 98 Northwind Lane in Rockbridge County

(4) Rockbridge Farm Bureau applying to conditionally rezone .675 acres from Agricultural and General Uses (A-2_ to General Business (B-1) in order to re-build the existing Farm Bureau office. Property is located along east side of North Lee Highway approximately two miles north of its intersection with I. 64; and to approve the TCO plan for said location

(5) RADD Properties Investments, LLC, Lexington, Va. applying to change conditions of special exception permit to operate Natural Bridge Speedway in Agricultural and General Uses (A-2) in order to eliminate the time frame of the permit and to distinguish conditions of the oval track from those of the dragstrip. Property is located at 168 N.Dry Well Road - End public hearings
