STATEWIDE PREPAREDNESS CAMPAIGNS

These campaigns will be recognized as statewide days or weeks with a proclamation from Governor Timothy M. Kaine.  The Virginia Department of Emergency Management will follow dates adopted by the National Weather Service and the National Hurricane Center for consistency and stronger market penetration.  While we will use these dates, we will continue to customize our campaigns for Virginians.
